Food Production Lab

Our food production lab is well equipped with all the latest catering equipment and appliance. The spacious and well ventilated kitchen lab helps the students to learn essentials of food production art case. International cuisines are mentioned in our food production lab with modern technique of cooking, precautions. The Importance of hygiene is also taught here.

Advance Training Kitchen

A most modern well equipped kitchen to impart training for different cuisines. Almost 32 students can work individually in the kitchen at a time.

Quantity Food Kitchen

The kitchen is designed to produce food in quantity.

Basic Training Kitchen

The kitchen is designed for the beginners, where basic cooking skills are imparted. Bakery : A modern bakery with an attatched fully air conditioned confectionery.

Demo Kitchen

The College also has a specially designed demo kitchen.

Food & Beverage Service Lab

A Fully equipped Food & Beverage Service Lab with a bar for conducting the practicals. Food and Beverage Service: - Here the students learn the techniques of food and beverage service such as Silver Service, American Service, and Buffet Service etc are practiced. In addition, art and skills are involved in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. College has a bar counter for the training of the students.

Front Office Lab

The front office lab is beautifully designed in the form of a hotel lobby to give practical exposure of working in the front office department of a five star hotel. The lab is also equipped with the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) which is used in top category hotels. Roorkee College of Hotel Management & Catering has developed a well designed front office has with all the modern facilities.The gracious interiors and luxurious furnitures, sophisticated lighting at the lobby area with its beautiful reception counter is a delight for hospitality trainees to work.

Housekeeping Lab

The housekeeping department has a well equipped lab.A guest suite measuring to the standards of five star deluxe suites is available to give the students practical exposure in housekeeping.The College also provide housekeeping Practical training in its magnificent and well maintained Guest room and practical lab. The lab is well equipped with all the modern equipment and amenities. Housekeeping department feels pride to keep hotel a home away from home; this is what emphasis is made in their practical session.

Computer Lab

The computer lab of the college consists of 150 well equipped, most advanced terminals, each connected with instant internet facility where 150 students can sit and work simultaneously. The computer facilities of the College cater to the needs of students of the programs. The Computer lab is equipped with the hardware needed to support teaching and research in areas of expertise within the College. This lab is used by our students for making presentations, logbook, and various format related to the course curriculum.
